We helped Montagu give thanks to staff and build on their company culture with an exceptional weekend in Italy.
We chartered planes, printed booklets, branded neck scarves and driving gloves – bringing the event to life at every touchpoint.
Guests had exclusive use of the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence, and took part in five team-building activities across the weekend. We staged gala dinners, private tours, vintage Italian car races, and cooking lessons with top chefs.
Every detail was designed so that Montagu’s team would feel exhilarated, inspired, and above all, valued.
