We brought Coutts to the Roundhouse for a day of brand
immersion and cultural appreciation
Coutts wanted to surprise and engage 700 of their employees, while showing them how deeply valued they are.
Coming up with a rich strategic concept, and managing hundreds of workers along the way, we delivered an exceptional event in just three months. Instead of a traditional conference, we created a day-long immersive experience. And instead of a traditional venue, we chose the Roundhouse – a home of art and culture.
For the morning, we divided the Roundhouse into discovery zones for the Coutts team to explore. Each zone acted like a high-tech, interactive exhibition, relaying the bank’s updated values and messages, while offering a space to catch up and network.
In the afternoon, we staged a punchy, high-energy conference, focused on the latest developments in private banking – followed by a decadent cocktail and canapé party, designed by the bank’s head chef. Then, the final act: an ensemble of world-class productions such as War Horse, Chicken Shed, and the Royal Opera House.
