When SDG’s beautiful Du Parc properties weren’t getting the attention they deserved, we came up with a brand new way of selling real estate – while delivering a database of lucrative clients.

In just under a month, we built an art gallery roadshow, and curated a guest list of 500 qualified buyers to attend it. This let us take the Du Parc experience to eight countries across Europe and the Middle East.

From London to Abu Dhabi, Moscow to Dubai, we sought out buyers, intermediaries and journalists to attend SDG’s roadshow events.

From the beginning, we designed the roadshow to fit seamlessly into the chic venues we had organised in each country. When guests arrived, we used interactive tech to recreate Du Parc’s properties, allowing them to explore at their own pace and imagine themselves in the space. Finally, we invited guests to Switzerland for a flight over Du Parc and Lake Geneva in a vintage plane, where the stunning scenery did most of the selling.

SDG sold five properties as a direct result of the roadshow, with prices ranging from 6-85 million CHF.
